In the Workflow Editor are following functions available:

| Start event | Start of the workflow, element mandatory | |
| End event | End of the workflow, element mandatory | |
| Gateway | To build different scenarios in the workflow, for example in case of ApprovePage elements.
The arrows starting at the gateways must be named and correspondingly connected. After each ApprovePage element, both a 'yes' and a 'no' arrow are required. | |
| Set reminder | To set a reminder on the page | |
| ApprovePage | To publish the draft version of a page | |
| PageCheckout | To prevent a page from being edited during the workflow | |
| PageCheckin | To unblock the page edits | |
| CustomForm | To collect data to use during the workflow | |
| SendMail | To send an email related to the workflow (in addtion to the standard workflow notification) | |
| UserFeedback | To collect feedback from a user | |
| UserVote | To collect necessary data about the voting of a user on a special topic, for example the approval of a page | |
| GroupFeedback | To collect feedback from a user group | |
| GroupVote | To collect necessary data about the voting of a user group on a special topic, for example the approval of a page | |
